Wedding Essentials Breakdown

This package includes the most important things to cover

Bride’s Personal Colour Analysis Session

  1. At the end of the session you will know what colouring type or ‘season’ you are.  This helps you know what your most flattering types of colours are and which ones are ok, and which don’t work well with your skin tone.  This allows you to know such things as what type of white will be most flattering in a dress – champagne, ivory, winter white, bright white etc and what make up colours will work best.  As part of the session you recieve a personal colour fan that illustrates your best colours.  You use this fan to select make up, glasses, accessories and clothes in your flattering colours.  It is good for the rest of your life.
  2. Includes your personal colour fan

Wedding Dress Style & Selection

When planning considering what wedding dress to buy or have made we need to think about the following

  1. Your wedding outfit (whether that is a dress, separates, a suit) is an enormous part of your wedding day look.  You can use it to create almost any vibe or tell any story that you want to.  So before you buy anything we plan what vibe you want and I will tell you how to achieve it.
  2. As part of this process we consider your body shape, and also how you like to present your body.  We can create optical illusions, making you look taller, shorter, we can play with proportions and shapes to help you achieve your dream look.  We consider how different cuts and fabrics will work with your body.  This allows you to choose fabrics and cuts that will achieve your dream goals.

Makeup & Colour Recommendations

Most brides choose to wear at least some make up on their wedding days, many wear a lot.  Make up is a crucial part of your wedding day look – your face is truly the pinnacle of your outfit and we want your make up to flatter it!  So in this session I will take you through some of your best make up possibilities.  We will look at options that

  1. Work with your skin tone to be naturally flattering.  Naturally flattering make up colours work with you and enhance your features.  You look like the best version of you.
  2. Make up techniques that are really flattering with your face shape and bone structure – for example where to put light and dark around YOUR eye to make the most of its shape and eyelid structure.  We are not all the same and we should not all wear exacly the same make up.  That being said, you can recreate any look that you want, you just need to learn how to do it on your face.
  3. If you want to own the prodcuts that you are going to use on the day then I will help you to source them.  If you use a make up artist they can then use them on you and you can use them for touch ups on the day.  Some make up artists have excellent products that you can purchase, so we will discuss and plan all of this to get you the best result easily.
  1. And we will also discuss wedding make up and how it can be different to every day make up in purpose and application, but how you can still enjoy it and have a look that is ‘you’.
