You may well ask, what is an Image Consultant? An Image Consultant helps people feel comfortable in the clothes they wear. Empowering the person to be more confident and comfortable in what they say about themselves through the clothes they wear. During the time I spend with a client I educate them on how to shop cleverly minimizing wasted money spent on clothes. I help refine the wardrobe and importantly identify a persons colour pallet and style.

Refund policy information

I am committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. For my digital products there is a generous 30 days full refund policy which begins on the date of purchase.

For service products where I provide tailored advice to you I abide by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) consumer rights guarantee which affords you the right to a refund if a) the service is delivered at an unacceptable level of care and skill b) unfit for the purpose c) not delivered within a reasonable time or by the agreed end date.   

In relation to membership subscriptions you can cancel your subscription at any time from any future billing. However this request must be received before your next rebill is due.

Any cancellation request or refund request must come in through an email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests and refund requests raised through any other means cannot be actioned until raised through an email.
